H.A.I.R. - Heritage, Attitude, Identity, and Respect.

In March 2025, we presented a very special performance at Edinburgh's Storytelling Centre, celebrating the culmination of H.A.I.R - Heritage, Attitude, Identity and Respect.

Created in partnership with St Augustine’s RC High School and Passion4Fusion youth organisation, and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, H.A.I.R explored the cultural significance and heritage of Black hair through dance, spoken word, graphic novels, and digital storytelling.

The incredible young performers created a space where their stories could be heard, and amplified the voices, stories, and creativity of all the young people who have participated in the project. Here are just some of the highlights from this special project.
