Join us on Sunday 15 June from 1pm to 6pm at The Pitt for a free afternoon as we celebrate the launch of the Edinburgh Festival Carnival! Our launch party will showcase the diversity of our carnival community with Samba, Soca and Cuban music, plus DJs, amazing costumes and dance from Edinburgh's Latin community groups.

Our event kicks off with a carnival parade along Silverknowes Esplanade led by the Street Mash Band and followed by several carnival community partners.

Scrappy Sinon delivers electrifying Caribbean vibes, with a captivating blend of genres.

Conjunto Maleton are a Scottish five piece music collective that share a passion for Cuban music.
